Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the product.
Exchange is only available when an additional purchase is made along with the exchange request.
However, if the customer purchased 2 or more products in the same order, they are eligible for free exchange (no additional purchase required).
Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
Exchange is subject to stock availability and inspection.
Refunds are offered only if a product is returned via RTO (Return to Origin) or in unavoidable cases.
In such refunds, RTO and delivery charges will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be processed as a refund.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Inners and intimate wear are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene concerns.
To qualify for a return or exchange:
Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags and original packaging intact.
If we find that damage occurred after delivery due to customer misuse or mishandling, the return or refund will be rejected.
Products that are worn, stained, altered, or show signs of use are not eligible for return.
Items must be securely packed for return to avoid transit damage.
